Geoff Torzewski is entering his second season with the Bluejays' coaching staff in 2016. Torzewski works with the team's running backs.
Torzewski comes to Elmhurst after spending past two seasons as an assistant football coach at Superior High School in Wisconsin. He coached the team's defensive backs while helping the squad reach the playoffs.
Torzewski spent the 2011 and 2012 seasons coaching at the College of St. Scholastica, helping the team earn back-to-back trips to the NCAA Division III Playoffs in just the program's fourth and fifth seasons as a varsity sport. He coached the defensive backs while serving in full-time capacity in 2012. He worked with the running backs as a part-time assistant during the 2011 season.
Torzewski has also served as an assistant hockey coach at Superior High School in Wisconsin, helping the team win in a state championship in 2015.Â
Torzewski spent one season playing football at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls before closing out his collegiate career as a two-year captain at St. Scholastica. He earned his bachelor's degree from St. Scholastica in 2010.Â
