Elmhurst University Athletics

Steve Huisel is entering his ninth season as an assistant coach with the Bluejays. Huisel assisted with the team's pitchers and is currently serving as the team's bench coach.

Huisel was a former starting pitcher for the Bluejays and graduated from Elmhurst College in 2008.

Along with coaching at Elmhurst, Huisel coaches the Gurnee Riverdogs (American Legion POST 771) during the summer months. He has served as the head coach for the past two seasons.
