Education:
Marras earned three varsity letters at Illinois Wesleyan University and is a two-time winner of the Jason Jones Titan Award, given for spirit, dedication and competitive attitude. Marras graduated with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Responsibilities:
Marras is responsible for assisting the recruiting and coaching efforts for Elmhurst baseball.
Prior Experience:
Marras has spent two spring seasons at Harper College in Palatine, IL, working with both catchers and infielders. He also served as an assistant coach for the 2023 Northern League champions Northwest Indiana Oilmen. Marras has coached with multiple high school summer programs, most recently with Stars Baseball out of Lake Zurich since the summer of 2020 as a head coach
Personal:
A native of Vernon Hills, Ill., Marras attended Vernon Hills High School and earned three varsity letters along with all-conference and all-area honorable mention honors in 2015.
