Elmhurst Ill. - The Elmhurst University Women's Basketball team fell short in their game versus conference foe North Cental on Saturday afternoon. 

Bluejays (7-8, 1-5 CCIW), were led by Anna Kleszynski who added 16 points, five rebounds, four blocks and two steals. Kristin Bukata and Nariyah Smith also added 10 points.

Cardinals (8-7, 3-3 CCIW), were led by Jocelyn Trotter as she dropped 32 of the teams 86 points while adding seven rebounds along with. 

The Bluejays trailed North Central following the end of the first quarter 26-25. The Cardinals would then squander their lead in the second quarter leading to a Bluejays lead going into halftime with a score of 46-44. In the third quarter the Bluejays would give up the lead with a poor shooting preformance allowing North Central to take the lead and finishing off the game 86-79.

The Bluejays will return to CCIW action on Wednesday, January 10th at Carroll University at 7:00 pm.
