Waukesha Wis. - The Elmhurst University Women's Basketball team were unable to find mny point in second-half leading to loss at Carroll. 

Bluejays (7-9, 1-6 CCIW), were led by Nariyah Smith as she scored 14 points while adding four rebounds and three steals.

Pioneers (12-3, 5-1 CCIW), were led by Emilie Wizner as she dropped 25 points, and Olivia Rangel as she recorded a triple-double with 16 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. 

The Bluejays started off behind in the first quarter as they would only score 15 points and be down ten. They would then score their most points of the night in the second quarter with 27 and claw back to only be down four points. Unfortunately for the Bluejays that would be as close as they would get as Carroll would add on to their lead and in the second half and finish the game by a score of 94-69.

The Bluejays will return to CCIW action on January 13th as they will travel to Wheaton College for their game at 5:00 pm.
