Elmhurst Ill. - The Elmhurst women's basketball team bounced back in a win over North Park University on Wednesday night.
Bluejays (8-11, 2-8 CCIW), were led by
Nariyah Smith as she scored 19 points in the win. Two other Bluejays scored double-digit points,
Tyreshia Sessions (14), Anna Klsezynski (12).
Vikings (3-16, 0-10 CCIW), were led by Victoria Perry as she scored 20 points, 11 of which came from the free-throw line.
The Vikings were leading the way in the first half taking a 34-30 lead into halftime. But, the Bluejays stormed back in the third as they would exchange lead changes with the Vikings five times each and secure the lead. In the second-half, the Bluejays scored 25 points off of turnovers which was a key factor in their 55 point second-half which would secure them the victory 75-63.

The Bluejays will return to CCIW action on January 27th as they will travel to Carthage College for their game at 2:00 pm.
