Elmhurst Ill. - The Elmhurst University women's soccer team tied, 0-0, with Ripon College Sunday afternoon at Langhorst Field. 

The Bluejays (3-1-1) totaled 24 shots this afternoon, with six coming from Kelli Coughlin and three from Michelle Cuervo and the rest distributed throughout the rest of the squad. Megan Kleve gained another shutout, her fourth of the season.

The Red Hawks (2-1-1) didn't have much going offensively, but goalkeeper Andreanna Wilke had a stellar performance making 10 saves on the day. 

Both teams had multiple chances in the first half but nothing finding the back of the net, while in the second half the Bluejays were trying to break away and find a goal. Elmhurst found the back of the net late in the contest, but the goal was ruled offsides and both teams settled for a scoreless draw.

The Bluejays will be back in action on Wednesday, Sep. 13 at Lake Forest College at 4:30pm.
