Elmhurst Ill. - The Elmhurst University Women's Basketball Team won their second game of the back-to-back weekend games over Lawrence University, 73-59.
The Bluejays (5-6, 1-3 CCIW), had four players score in the double digits,
Shanyce Makuei recorded a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds and six assists,
Nariyah Smith had 15 points,
Lindsay Novak added 12 points which all came from beyond the arc, and
Tyreshia Sessions had 11 points.
The Vikings (8-4), were led by Mallory Meyer as she recorded 22 points and six rebounds.
The first half was hard fought by both sides, where the Vikings would hold a two point lead at the end of the half 34-32, but the Bluejays would take a small lead in the third quarter and then explode in the fourth and take down the Vikings with a score of 73-59.

The Bluejays will return to action at home on Wenesday, December 20th at 4:00pm to face Alverno College.
