ELMHURST, Ill.- The Elmhurst wrestling team dropped its' last regular season dual to North Central College 46-0.

North Central swept every match and won two of the first three contests by pin. The Cardinals' Ian Mullen pinned Elmhurst' Justin Hames at 1:18 left in the first period at 133 pounds. In the 141-pound weight class Marc Fleenor was able to pin Josh Lawson with 2:22 remaining in the first period, giving North Central a 17-0 after the first three weight classes.

Elmhurst's Mike Huck battled hard but was edged by the Cardinals' Jacob Boumans 6-3 at 165 pounds. Nevin Brittain took another close loss as he was defeated by Brock Montford 5-4 at 174 pounds. Karim Fuentes found himself in a tight match but Jason Nako got his final point off of riding time in overtime at 285 pounds.
