OLIVET, Mich. - The Elmhurst women's soccer team remained unbeaten on the 2018 season by shutting out Olivet College 2-0. 

Elmhurst moved to 4-0-1 on the season with the victory while Olivet slid to 3-2-1. 

First half goals from MJ Lessila and Kennedy Irmen were all the Bluejays needed to secure their fourth victory of the season.

Elmhurst started the scoring in the 11th minute. Brittany Reinhart's shot ricocheted off the goal post where Lessila was able to knock home the rebound for an early 1-0 lead. 

The Bluejays doubled their lead just 2:30 later. Reinhart sent a corner kick through the box that Irmen headed home for her second goal of the year. 

Elmhurst outshot Olivet 11-9 in the contest and held a 5-0 advantage in corner kicks. 

Sophia Tuliglowski picked up her third shutout of the season by stopping all three shots that she faced in goal.
