ELMHURST, Ill. - The Elmhurst men's tennis team closed out its regular season with a 9-0 loss to Carroll University at the Brune Tennis Courts. 

Carroll (11-6, 5-2 CCIW) swept all three doubles matches and all six singles contests en route to the victory. Elmhurst moved to 0-16 on the season with the loss. 

Elmhurst's duo of David Demoll and Shawn Sabaricos put up the closes match in doubles play, falling 8-2 to Peter Jaeger and Matt Michael at No. 1 doubles. 

In singles action, Sabaricos battled with Chayce Roecker at No. 2 singles before falling 6-3, 6-1.
