HANOVER PARK, Ill. - The Elmhurst College men's tennis team suffered a 6-3 loss to Illinois Wesleyan University at Centre Court Athletic Club.

Elmhurst fell to 0-12 with the loss while IWu improved to 3-9. 

Elmhurst started quickly by taking two points in doubles play. Shawn Sabaricos and David Demoll stopped Kurt Meyer and Tim Hughes 9-7 at No. 1 doubles while Grant O'Connell and Nico Favuzzi upended Justin Piotrowski and Jimmy Kase 8-6 at No. 2

Illinois Wesleyan took the contest by winning five of the six singles matches. Demoll scored Elmhurst's only victory in singles play, defeating Ryan Yoo 6-3, 6-4 at No. 2.
