Box Score AUBURNDALE, Fla. - The Elmhurst College baseball team closed out its spring trip to Florida with an 8-1 loss to Grinnell College at the RussMatt Tournament.

Dave Wolak turned in a solid performance from the plate in the loss. Wolak accounted for the Bluejays' only run of the game, cracking a solo home run in the first inning. Wolak finished the game with three hits.

Joe Luft suffered his first loss of the season after allowing two runs and five hits in two innings of work. Luft walked three and fanned five.

Elmhurst wrapped up its seven-game road trip with a 5-2 record. The Bluejays will travel to Concordia University-Chicago on Tuesday (March 27).
