The Elmhurst College women's tennis team had a flurry of schedule changes over the weekend and split a pair of CCIW matches Saturday.

The Bluejays opened play by posting their first win of the season, claiming eight matches in an 8-1 win over Millikin. Elmhurst swept the doubles matches and every singles victory came in straight sets. Winners were Nicole Darga at #2 singles (6-2, 6-0), Jordyn Hoover at #3 singles (6-2, 6-2), Kayla Magiapane at #4 singles (6-2, 6-0), Emily Tarlini (6-1, 6-0) at #5 singles, and Jennifer Guenther at #6 singles6-1, 6-4). 

Hours later, Elmhurst was swept at Illinois Wesleyan. Hoover forced a thrid set at #3 singles but lost in a tiebreaker.

Elmhurst (1-5, 1-4 CCIW) hosts North Central on Tuesday.
