ELMHURST, Ill. - The Elmhurst College women's tennis team slipped to 4-2 overall following a 7-2 loss at North Central College.
North Central improved to 9-1 overall and 4-0 in CCIW play with the win.
Blaire Hufford (Carol Stream/Glenbard North) scored a 6-2, 1-6, 13-11 win at No. 4 singles over North Central's Melissa Lewis. The team of Shannon Dale (Holland, Mich./H.S.) and Donna McKinney (Bloomingdale/Glenbard North) added an 8-6 win at No. 3 doubles.
