Education:
Haufe is a two-time graduate of the University of Illinois, earning a Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Sport, Tourism in December 2020 and a Master's degree in Sports Management in May 2022.
Responsibilities:
Haufe is responsible for overseeing all aspects of communications, media relations, digital branding and creative, marketing, and social media for the Elmhurst University athletics department. Haufe also oversees the production of all photography and videography efforts for Elmhurst Athletics.

Prior Experience:
Haufe comes to Elmhurst following two years as an Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant at the University of Illinois where he was the primary sports information contact for Illinois' soccer, men's gymnastics, and softball programs. He also assisted with the men's and women's basketball and football programs while at Illinois. Prior to serving as a graduate assistant, Haufe was a student intern in the sports information office at Illinois for two years assisting full-time staff with various tasks.
Personal:
Haufe competed on the club volleyball team at Illinois, and enjoys golfing in his free time. He currently resides in Vernon Hills, Ill. with his wife, Allie, and two cats, Addison and Maggie.Â
