Education:
Diedrich earned her bachelor's degree from Millikin University in 2000 and a Master of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Purdue University in 2002. She earned a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2006.
Responsibilities:
Diedrich serves as the chair of Elmhurst’s Faculty Athletic Committee and helps to monitor the academic progress of Bluejay student-athletes. She also certifies student-athletes for participation and represents Elmhurst in meetings of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin. She also serves as an associate professor in the Department of Kinesiology.
Prior Experience:
Diedrich began as a Program Associate at Learning Point in Chicago, Ill. in 2004 before serving as a math teacher at Valley View School District from 2007-2009. Before coming to Elmhurst, Diedrich was an adjunct professor at Moraine Valley Community College and Colorado Technical University from August 2009-2011.
