Education:
Herbert spent his collegiate career with Kankakee Community College under head coach Todd Post and finished at the University of St. Francis where he started his coaching career. 

Responsibilities:
Herbert is responsible for assisting the coaching and recruiting efforts for the Elmhurst baseball program.

Prior Experience:
spent his last three coaching seasons at Judson University. Herbert served as the Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Judson during the 2020-22 seasons. In Cori's last season at Judson, he helped lead the team to a conference tournament championship followed by an opening round world series berth in Omaha. Prior to his time with Judson University, coach Herbert spent three seasons with the University of St. Francis baseball team in Joliet, Illinois. During his time with St. Francis, Cori also worked in the front office of the Joliet Slammers, a professional baseball team that competes in the Frontier League.
