Prior Experience:
Madison joins the Bluejay staff after spending the 2022 season as the Offensive Line coach and Run Game Coordinator at Eastern University. Madison also spent time at his high school alma mater, Willowbrook High School, coaching the varsity football offensive and defensive line since June 2020. Madison also served as an assistant wrestling coach at Willowbrook, and was the Head Throws Coach for the Montini High School Track and Field teams.
A standout player, Madison played football at Temple University, earning All Mid-American Conference (MAC) honors in 2009 and 2010 while being named a team captain in the 2010 season. Madison also competed in track and field at Temple, earning all-Atlantic Ten (A10) second team indoor honors and outdoor fourth team honors in 2008.Â
Madison was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Baltimore Ravens following his graduation in 2011 before spending seven years competing in the Arena Football League. Madison earned Offensive Lineman of the Year honors in 2015 while playing for the San Jose SaberCats, helping the team to the 2015 Arena Bowl XXVIII championship and earning runner-up honors in 2018. In total, Madison started 95 games in the AFL as both a tight end and offensive lineman.
