- He lettered in wrestling while competing as a 106, 113. 
- He earned honors including sectional qualifier. 
- Majoring in Information Systems at Elmhurst University. 
- Son of Juan Villa and Shirley Tirado. 
- Transferred from Morton College, where he lettered in wrestling as a 125. 
- His academic recognition at his previous institution included NWCA scholar all American.
