- Attended Streamwood High School (Streamwood, IL). 
- He lettered in wrestling (3 year varsity letters), football while competing as a 3-year starter in wrestling, running back in football. 
- He earned honors including 2x All Conference in wrestling. 
- His academic recognition included Honor Roll, HOSA state qualifier. 
- He was also involved in HOSA. 
- Majoring in Exercise Science at Elmhurst University.
