- Attended Buffalo Grove (Arlington Heights, IL). 
- She lettered in football and wrestling, all of 4 years while competing as a defensive end/ defensive tackle in football, competed in the us junior and 16u nationals. 
- She earned honors including All conference in Wrestling, Fargo Qualifier. 
- Her academic recognition included Academic All conference in Football and Wrestling. 
- She was also involved in was a Member of Bison Grounds. 
- Majoring in Business/ Sports Management at Elmhurst University. 
- Daughter of Amy and Mark Matuga.
