2020-21 Season: Competed during the indoor and outdoor track seasons...posted a season-best outdoor times in the 3,000 meters (11:09.95), 1,500 meters (5:14.88) and the steeplechase (12:20.09)...placed 10th at the CCIW Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase in 12:45.08.Â
2019-20 Season: Competed in indoor track and cross country...posted a season-best 800 indoor time of 2:31.33 at the Olivet Nazarene Invite...ran a season-best mile in 5:33.17...ran a season-best 6K cross country time of 25:00.2 at the CCIW Championships.

High School:Â Earned four varsity letters in cross country and track and field from Evergreen Park High School...earned all-conference honors for four straight seasons...qualified for state championships in cross country twice and track three times...served as team captain for three seasons.
