- She lettered in cheerleading and track and field while competing in base and sprinter. 
- She earned honors including All-conference. 
- She was also involved in Student Leadership Athletic Team (SALT). 
- Majoring in Physical Education at Elmhurst University. 
- Daughter of Diana and Chris Mikos.
