Morgan Ryba joined the Bluejay coaching staff in 2017 after previously serving as the head track and field coach at Eureka College. After previously working with the jumpers, Ryba will focus exclusively on assisting the pole vaulters in 2020.
Ryba graduated from Monmouth College in 2014 with a degree in communication studies and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at Elmhurst.
During her career at Monmouth, Ryba was a three-time Midwest Conference champion in the pole vault and the 2014 outdoor conference champion in the 100-meter hurdles. She was a three-time NCAA Division III national qualifier in the pole vault and a three-time Academic All-Conference honoree.
In addition to her role as an assistant coach, Ryba works full-time as an Assistant Director of Admission at Elmhurst. She brings a wealth of experience and a strong drive to see athletes thrive as members of the Elmhurst Track and Field program.
