Responsibilities:
Weaver primarily focuses on scouting, match analysis and player recruitment for Elmhurst women's soccer.
Prior Experience:
Weaver comes with an extensive knowledge base of soccer both here in the US and in his native home of England. Luke joins with experience at the professional, college and club level. Luke has a MSc in High Performance Coaching and a BA in Sports Science and Coaching along with a UEFA B coaching license, United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, Certifications in Scouting from the Professional Football Scouts Association and a Diploma from the Barca Innovation Hub in Tactical Analysis.
Personal:
Luke resides in Yorkville with his family and works full time for Sprocket Sports, a software company that is changing the game for sporting organizations across the US.
