Elmhurst University Athletics

Gina Hugelier is entering her second season as an assistant coach with the Elmhurst women's basketball team.

A local product from York High School, Hugelier played collegiate ball for two years at the University of Illinois-Chicago (2003-04). She then trasferred and finished her collegiate career at Western Illinois University. She was named her team's "Most Improved Player in 2006. In 2008, she served as team captain and was tabbed as the team's MVP while earning second-team all-conference honors.
