Don Clary is entering his fourth season as an assistant coach with the Elmhurst softball team in 2016.
Clary has over 15 years of experience coaching with Downers Grove youth programs. He played competitive softball for over 20 years. He was a member of the 1991 National Champion Longshots 16" Softball team while earning All-America honors and winning the league's batting title.
Clary was a four-year starter in both football and baseball at Carthage College, serving as team captain for three seasons. He was a member of the 1977 state champion baseball team at Proviso East high school and earned all-conference and all-area honors in both football and baseball at Proviso East.
Clary is the managing partner of DRC & Associations, an executive search firm. He and his wife, Christine, have four daughters, Mikayla, Cassie, Maddy and Sophie.
