Courtney Worcester is in her second season as an assistant coach with the Elmhurst University softball team.
A native of Bloomingdale, Worcester played collegiate softball at Fairmont State University in West Virginia, an NCAA Division II institution. She earned second-team All-Mountain East Conference honors following her senior season where she hit .390 and led the team in slugging percentage (.576). As a sophomore in 2019, she hit a team-leading .326 with 20 RBIs.
Worcester played for the Schaumburg Sluggers and Roselle Rockers travel teams. She played for fellow Elmhurst assistant coaches Pete Catalano and Bill Walsh with the Rockers.
