2020-21 Season: Competed during the indoor and outdoor track seasons...posted a career-best mile time of 5:25.06 at the Titan Triangular...added career-best times in the 3,000 meters (10:32.56 at the Elmhurst Earlybird Invitational) and the 800 meters (2:11.07 at the CCIW Outdoor Championships).Â
2019-20 Season: Ran cross country and finished with a season-best 8K time of 29:02.2 at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational.Â
2018-19 Season: Finished the year with outdoor best times of 2:12.11 in the 800 meters (Benedictine Relays) and 55.54 seconds in the 400 meters (Wheaton Invitational)...posted an indoor best 400 time of 55.36 seconds at the CCIW Championships...finished with a season-best 600 time of 1:35.57 a the Parkside Classic...during the Cross country season he, ran a season-best 8K time of 29:13.9 at the CCIW Championships.Â
