George Kouba is entering his fourth year as an assistant golf coach at Elmhurst College.

Kouba served as an assistant coach during the 2010 season and then returned to the squad in 2013.

Kouba formerly served as the Executive Director of the Illinois PGA Foundation for three years from 2003-2006.

Retired since 2003, Kouba had a long career in the health care sector, public sctor and financial consulting industry. He previously served as a hospital administrator at Children's Memorial Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital (Orange, Calif.) while also serving as the CFO in DuPage County for 17 years.

A long time Bluejay Backer, Kouba has been active in the local communities working as an Elmhurst Hospital Trustee, serving as the Treasurer of DuPage Veterans Memorial Inc. and also serving as a member of the Oak Brook Fire Fighters Pension Board.
