2020-21 Season: Competed during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons...earned all-conference honors at the CCIW Outdoor Championships by placing fifth in the 5,000 meters in 18:52.44...ran a career-best 5,000 meter tim of 18:31.70 at the Benedictine University Invite...added career-best times in the outdoor 1,500 (5:02.06) and the indoor mile (5:24.25).
2019-20 Season: Competed in indoor track and cross country...earned all-conference honors in the indoor 3,000 meters by placing fifth with a season-best time of 10:47.47...ran a career-best 5,000 meter time of 19:12.34 at the Grand Valley State Big Meet...posted a career-best indoor mile time of 5:28.59 at the Olivet Nazarene Invitational...ran a career-best cross country 6K time of 23:39.8 at the CCIW Championships.
2018-19 Season: Ran a season-best 5,000 meter time of 19:25.33 at the CCIW Outdoor Championships...posted a season-best 800 meters (2:32.79) and 1,500 meters (5:09.20) at the Hanover Invitational...ran a season-best indoor 3,000 time of 11:14.26 at the Dick Hendricks Invitational.
