2020-21 Season: Participated in both cross country and track and field...ran a season beset 800 meters in 2:19.66 at the Titan Triangular...finished with a season-best 3.000 meters time of 10:09.77 at the North Central dual meet....ran outdoor bests in the 5,000 meters (17:10.03), 3,000 meters (9:52.67) and 1,500 meters (4:34.32).Â
2019-20 Season: Was a member of the cross country and track and field teams...ran a season best mile time of 5:00.02 at the CCIW Indoor Championships...ran a season best 3,000 meter time of 10.11.60 in the Dick Hendricks Invitational...ran a cross country 8K best of 29:43.0 at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational.
High School:Â Earned three varsity letters in cross country and track and field at Rock Falls High School...served as team captain as a senior.
