Box Score WHEATON, Ill. - The Elmhurst Universtiy women's basketball team traveled to Wheaton College (Ill.) for the first round of the CCIW tournament. 

The Bluejays (16-9, 8-8 CCIW) were led by Kristin Bukata as she scored 21 points while adding four rebounds, two assists and a block and steal. MC Brown would record a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds and added a steal.

The Thunder (15-11, 9-7 CCIW) were led by Lily Caddow as she scored 20 points while adding five steals, two assists and a steal and Kate Oliver who scored 18 points while adding eight rebounds, four assists and two blocks. 

In the first half both teams were struggling to score as the score at half was 27-22 in favor of the Bluejays. In the Third quarter the Thunder would go on a 13-0 run to reclaim the lead and end the Third up seven on the Jays. in the Fourth, the Jays were able to climb back to be down by just one with six and a half minutes left but that was as close as they would get and fall to Wheaton College, 70-57, to end their season in the CCIW Quarterfinals.
