GALESBURG, Ill. - The Elmhurst University women's soccer team traveled to Knox College for their Tuesday night game before they head to California.
The Bluejays (3-2-2), lone goal came from
Ellie Muscarello in the 52' and was assisted by
Katelyn Guolla. Kelly Coughlin also led the way with six shots, three of which were on goal.
Erin Fitzharris earned a clean sheet whiel making three saves.
The Praire Fire (0-5), had three shots on goal and their top performer was Darby Wallig making six saves in one half of work.
The Bluejays ran this game tonight, they had 24 shots, 11 of which were shots on target, while adding seven corners. Knox only mustered up four shots and three of which landed on goal. Muscarello would bury the lone goal in the 54' to win the game for the Bluejays.
