DECATUR, Ill. - The Elmhurst University men's wrestling team opened their 2024-25 campaign on the road on Saturday, Nov. 2, falling by a score of 41-5 to Millikin.

The Bluejays dropped to 0-1 overall, with the same record in the CCIW, while Millikin improved to 2-0 with the same record in conference action.

The lone bright spot for the Jays in the opener was a technical fall win from Rhenzo Augusto at 157, who defeated Chance Cole of the Big Blue 23-8, accounting for all five of Elmhurst's team points.
