ELMHURST, Ill. - The Elmhurst men's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to Millikin University.
Elmhurst fell to 0-14 on the season and 0-4 in league play. Millikin upped its record to 9-7 overall and 3-3 in the CCIW.
Millikin won five of the six singles matches and all three doubles contests.
Shawn Sabaricos scored the only point for Elmhurst, rallying to defeat Connor Sacks 1-6, 6-2, 11-9 at No. 2 singles. Sabaricos and David Demoll lost a tightly-contested No. 1 doubles match to Jacob Palley and Greg Schwoeppe 8-5.
