ELMHURST 6, NORTH PARK 0 (Game One) - Stefanie Sanidas tossed a shutout and the Elmhurst offense banged out 10 hits while taking the opening game of the doubleheader.

The Bluejays struck for four runs in the opening frame as Mikayla Melone started the two-out rally with an RBI single. Stephanie Hintz added a run-scoring single and Bri Getzloff capped off the scoring with a two-run double. Elmhurst tacked on a pair of runs in the third when Hintz bunted in Crystal Marinelli and later scored on North Park throwing error.
