CHICAGO, Ill. - The Elmhurst College women's soccer team dropped to 6-2-1 overall and 1-1 in the CCIW following a 1-0 shutout loss at North Park University.

Despite having a 15-7 advantage in shots and an 8-1 advantage in corner kicks, the  Bluejays couldn't put the ball into the net.

North Park's Devin Garcia broke the scoreless tie in the 74th minute with an unassisted goal. 
Allison Korbel recorded four saves in net for the Bluejays. Casey Faure earned the shutout in goal for North Park (4-7, 1-0) by stopping all five shots she faced.

Elmhurst travels to Knox College on Sunday, October 11.
