Conti Grant earned Illinois Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women's(IAIAW) state all-tournament honors in 1980-81, and she was twice named All-Chicago Metro Conference (CMC) as an upperclassman. She helped direct the 1981-82 Bluejays to a then-school record of 20-8 and a third-place finish in the IAIAW state tournament.

For her career, Conti Grant ranks second only to 1992 Hall of Fame inductee Karen Kinsella, ’86, in free throws made with 348 and is third in scoring with 1,662 points and field goals with 657.
